In the evening, after returning from an eventful day exploring the region or when a relaxing day by the pool draws to a close, you can select your favourite South-Tyrolean specialities from our small menu – a platter with local ‘Speck’, cheese and smoked meat, or a seasonal dish native to the region such as dumplings or filled pasta. The most idyllic spot in which to bring the evening to a close with a glass of good wine is, once again, our garden terrace. Our wine bar inside the hotel is also open every day and serves as a convivial meeting point for guests and family members alike.

This combination provides the inspiration for our cuisine in the Klosterhof. Every morning we serve a selection of highest quality, local products, including many homemade treats – tasty, home-smoked ‘Speck’, sweet apple and grape juice, freshly baked cakes, seasonal fruit from our own big garden, local honey from beekeepers in Kaltern, free-range eggs from the Schlern region and delicious jams from the Martelltal valley. When the sun is shining, you can enjoy your breakfast under the vines in our garden.
